Where do you ship?
We ship to all countries around the world.

How long does shipping take?
Processing: 1–3 business days
Delivery:
• U.S. 5-8 business days
• International 7–15 business days

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping for all orders over 50$, we do have a shipping fee on international shipping.

Will I get tracking?
Yes, a tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

My tracking isn’t updating — why?
Tracking can take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us ASAP after ordering. Changes aren’t possible once shipped. All Orders are final and cannot be cancelled. Changing the variant is the only possible exceptions we make as stock has been carefully accounted for. 

Issues or delays?
some of our in inventory is very limited, if you order a product and it doesn't ship within 2 weeks please reach out to us. If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, please contact us personally through email or the website form and we will be happy to help!
